If you are collecting data from an OPC Server then you may encounter errors such as those documented here:
0x80040202: The error indicates that the computer containing the Data Logger does not have its default DCOM security settings correctly configured.
Access Denied: This error indicates that the DCOM security settings for the OPC Server are actively denying access to the account being used by the Data Logger application.
RPC Server Not Available: This error indicates that the COM object is configured, but couldn't be contacted. There are typically 2 ways of fixing this:
Disable any firewalls.
Re-install the affected software.
